Office and Phone Staff Thank you for your interest in becoming an addition to our office staff. Your job will be to make sure that everything in the office runs smoothly. You will work closely with the Office Manager to insure that all of the phones are answered, the customers are checked in, and all of cleaning chores are done in a timely and efficient manner. Throughout the summer, there will be about 10,000-15,000 people that will come through our office, and it will be your job to make sure that happens as smoothly as possible. The biggest responsibility of the office staff is selling our rafting trips. As one of our staff team, you will be answering the phone throughout the day and helping people with various questions about our trips and the area. It would be beneficial to browse through our website to make sure that you understand our operation. You also need to type proficiently as all of our reservations are taken through computers.
